Sabine Lickert has been involved with mobility since her youth, when she graduated from the traffic school and completed an aviation apprenticeship at Swissair. After founding her own family and various career stages abroad - in New York she trained as a "personal trainer", in India she taught sport - she took a break. But not for long. Suddenly she called by Martin Kyburz, whom she knew from earlier on. He needed reinforcements. Sabine came and the employment contract was signed that same afternoon.
Organizer through and through
There was and is no job description: Sabine is part of the four-man marketing team responsible for KYBURZ events, trade fairs and the mobility consultants' test drive days. She manages all exhibition materials and demonstration vehicles. The placement of KYBURZ advertisements is also handled by Sabine, as are the employee events. But that wouldn't be enough to fill her 50 percent workload...
Sabine Lickert is also responsible for the health of the
KYBURZ employees. This begins with the organisation of free fruit and water for all staff and culminates in Pilates and Yoga, Nordic Walking, body awareness and meditation and even a Salsa course - all of which the KYBURZ team can use free of charge (outside working hours). Sabine organizes it.
Great diversity as an attraction
This great diversity is also what makes Sabine Lickert's job so attractive. "Even if I don't work 100 percent, I still work on a very wide range. Every day looks different". The greatest challenge is the great flexibility she has to show, says the mother of two grown-up daughters, who has been married for over 20 years.
After the workshop, the business economists have now reached the climax of the tour, the test drive. Sabine instructs them exactly, then they rush around the house with the DXPs and are totally thrilled. A big applause for Sabine ends the tour.
